Back of the fingers - Barate

Red circle indicates striking surface

Overview
This is not a powerful strike, although used as a slap, it has great psychological impact, particularly to males. Like a backfist, it can be delivered as a fast snap, but you can also use it as a solid strike, like a kakuto. Delivered quickly to the eyes, it can blind your opponent for a while, enabling you to finish the conflict, and make your escape.
