Overview
At first glance, this technique looks almost identical to a shuto. However, whereas a shuto is primarily delivered in a circular motion, seiryuto is delivered in a diagonal punching motion. The key differences between the two techniques, are seiryoto's bent wrist, and the actual striking surfaces of the hand. However, both can be used against similar targets, but seiryuto has a slightly wider range.
