Overview
This is a simple technique, that has the capability to inflict psychological shock, especially to males, when delivered to the cheek (more likely with the fingers). However, it's when delivered to the eyes (from the side) or to the testicles, that this seemingly innocuous weapon gains the ability to inflict permanent damage. By creating a pressure seal as you strike, this can rupture the ear drums, whilst a rising flick to the testicles can create a strong pain response without necessarily causing long-lasting damage.

Technique
Open the hand loosely. Keep the fingers together. Strike in an arcing motion, striking with the palm for damage, or the fingers for shock.
Strengths
Can end a fight without serious injury. Great way to calm a hysterical woman - according to the movies!!!!
Requires little freedom to deliver - can be delivered from a front or rear bear hug
Weaknesses
