Overview
This technique has many of the same advantages as the other knuckle fists and finger techniques - primarily that it is useful for delivering a precision strike to a vulnerable area. This is particularly because it's relatively strong and can be used to attack side-facing targets with a front punching action, or of course, it can be swung in an arc to strike at a right-angle to the target.

Extremely painful! Can cripple an opponent if delivered accurately.
Weaknesses
You're probably better to go with a simple punch or teisho, unless you specifically wish to cause immense pain.
